Samantha Habermehl
Samantha Habermehl is an experienced litigator and shareholder of HWLG who has honed her skills through years of zealous advocacy. Samantha, a New York City transplant, began her legal career as a public defender. As a public defender, Samantha tried numerous cases to jury verdict and established herself as a highly competent courtroom attorney. After the public defender’s office, Samantha went to work on behalf of the insurance companies, representing insurance companies in disputes against their policyholders. In representing numerous insurance companies, Samantha learned their tactics and has an intimate understanding of what is necessary to successfully litigate against the insurance companies. Over the last 7 years, Samantha has shifted to the other side and focuses her career on representing policyholders and the injured against the insurance companies. Samantha is ready to represent you.
Holli Wares
Holli Wares is an experienced litigator and shareholder of HWLG who devotes her practice to seeking justice for people injured due to negligence and policyholders involved in residential or commercial property disputes. Holli previously represented national and regional insurance carriers and litigated a broad spectrum of insurance defense matters to jury verdict. Holli uses her experience representing insurance companies to advocate for victims of personal injury and property damage. Holli is also a former Assistant Public Defender where she litigated numerous complex criminal matters to jury verdict in the Ninth and Twelfth Judicial Circuits. Holli is a fierce courtroom advocate and she is ready to represent you.
Philip Wayne
Philip Wayne is a personal injury attorney who represents individuals injured due to the negligence of others. Phil began his legal career as a public defender, where he represented individuals facing the power and resources of the State of Florida. He later transitioned to personal injury law, where he continued representing individuals – this time against powerful insurance companies. Over the years, Phil has represented clients injured in car crashes, slip-and-fall incidents, and other accidents, handling cases from the initial claim through litigation and trial.
After years of practicing personal injury law, Phil founded Wayne Law Firm with a simple philosophy: injured people deserve an attorney who is accessible and personally invested in their case. Phil intentionally limits the number of cases he accepts so that he can remain directly involved with his clients and give each case the individual attention it deserves.
